From evening to next day, we can receive calls but no voice, either incoming or outgoing. We thought it was bluetooth we use but it was off and when cycling through the bluetooth power on/off menu, the display says something about disconnect headset device(none attached, never had one). I think the unit thinks there is headset attached and overrides normal voice/handset operation? Is there some way to do a hard reset? We have removed battery and left off for several minutes but no help. Any suggestions out there? This forum seems pretty dead these days.
